ABOUT ME<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]My name is Bj\u00f6rn Engelke<\/span>, I was born in 1978 in Goslar. Currently I\u2019m a software developer, working and living near Munich, Bavaria in Germany. Photography is my passion since my school time in the early 90s.<\/p>\n

Cats\u2019n Rockets was an idea of melting my two passions into one Brand:<\/p>\n

At the age of 14 my passion for rock music began to grow and never stopped. It began with AC\/DC and The Toten Hosen on tape. At that time, you could borrow music tapes in the community library. During all the years passing by so many bands worth listening to were written on the list. Later I started also listening to the basic stuff like Rock\u2019n\u2019Roll, Rockabilly. So The Stray Cats came into sight, still one of my favorite bands though I don\u2019t listen to them as often as I used to. This is where the Cat is from. So I try to be always there, when some cats of any kind are comin\u2019 to town\u2026<\/p>\n

My second passion is about aviation. Also in my youngster time I was infected for aviation and it\u2019s technic. Community library was again the cause for ignition. My main focus is on military Jets of any kind. I try to spend as much time I can afford on air shows or spotter days provided by any Air Force around Europe. So this is it about the Rocket.<\/p>\n

In the beginning of this website I\u2019ve shown both themes on one site. End of 2016 I decided to split both passions to different sites. So Cats\u2019n Rockets<\/span> is now only for concert photography while CR-Photos<\/a><\/span> is dedicated to aviation and the other stuff I do. CR stands also for Cats\u2019n Rockets but I wanted the best logo for the real cool theme.<\/p>\n
